One-on-one session
individual session with each team will be given and conflicts within and across parties will be resolved.

Time
a standard meeting time is three hours that is appropriate for mediation discussions.

Joint meeting
A joint meeting with both parties will be arranged along with the mediator who serves as an equilibrium between both the parties.

Follow-up sessions
follow-up sessions will also be arranged to monitor progress and avoid future conflicts.
