Employees will be assessed based on the Work Stress Scale (WSS) and will be provided with assistance accordingly. The employees will be able to analyze themselves and pinpoint the exact aspect of their life causing them nervous tension. Marsith’s Psychologists will be able to plan their training in accordance with the results of the survey.
